Up and down like a cheap euphemism

BiMedia.org has been offline for most of the last three days and still isn't quite right.  Sorry about that.  It's a hosting problem on the servers of the company I get my webspace from, rather than me trying to be clever! I think the server is now fairly stable but the decision by the hosts to change the version of the PHP software underlying it all is causing technical wrinkles.
